HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I’VE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.
CAN I KNOW WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes. Click on the “Orders status” section in “YOUR ACCOUNT” and you will be able to track your order in real time.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?
We offer the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer for local customers, credit card payments and bank transfer for international customers.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “Available” on the website
HOW DO I RECOVER MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the “Forget Password” section. You will receive an email with your new password.
DO I GET PRODUCTION UPDATES?
Yes! You receive cutting, stitching, embroidery, and dispatch updates.
WHY DO YOU REQUIRE ADVANCE PAYMENT?
Our pieces are not mass produced. Each order is cut, stitched, and finished individually which is why we follow a made to order advance payment system.
HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE QUALITY BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?
We provide detailed images, fabric descriptions, and references of previous work to assure you of our quality. Our craftsmanship is aligned with luxury standards, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
HOW DO I PROVIDE MY MEASUREMENTS?
You can share your measurements via our order form on the website or directly through WhatsApp. Our team will confirm and ensure everything is correct before production begins.
CAN I GET MY OUTFIT CUSTOMIZED TO MY MEASUREMENTS?
Absolutely! We specialize in luxury festive wear tailored to your exact measurements for a perfect fit. We provide clear measurement guidelines to ensure accuracy.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
As each piece is made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue or a significant mismatch with the confirmed order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail. Standard production and delivery typically take 3–4 weeks, depending on customization and festive season demand. You will receive regular updates throughout the process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY OUTFIT HAS A DEFECT OR DOESN’T FIT CORRECTLY?
If the issue is our fault: Free replacement + free shipping.
If the issue is due to client provided info: Alteration is possible, shipping charged to client.
Minor adjustments: Can often be fixed locally, no shipping required.
