At Sitara Official, each outfit is thoughtfully created to meet our brand’s quality standards and your expectations. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Placing an Order
To Place an order 50% advance is required.
Remaining 50% is to be paid before delivery of the product
Please select the dress size carefully as change in size can be difficult once the product is ready.
Alterations
- If the issue is our fault: Free alteration + free shipping.
- If the issue is due to client-provided info: Alteration possible, shipping charged to client.
- Minor adjustments: Can often be fixed locally, no shipping required.
Order Delivery Time
Once an order has been placed it usually takes 3-4 weeks for it to be completed. To get an exact timeline you can get in touch with our support staff.
Refund and Return
We have a NO REFUND Policy.
Once an order is placed its initial amount cannot be refunded.
After delivery of the finished product it cannot be returned either.
Variation
The color of our dresses may vary slightly due to difference in photography lighting or color calibration of your viewing screen
Made-to-Order Items
- As all made to order outfits are specially produced upon request, refunds are not available on these items.
- Every outfit goes through a detailed quality inspection before dispatch.
- To ensure transparency, images or videos of the finished outfit are shared with customers before shipping.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.
- Once this time has passed, production begins and materials are reserved exclusively for your outfit, making cancellations no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos must be provided to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Production & Payment
- Production timelines begin only after payment confirmation.
- Any delays caused by banks or payment service providers are outside our responsibility and may affect delivery timelines.
Shipping & Delivery
- After dispatch, deliveries are handled by third-party courier services.
- Delays caused by shipping partners are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for such delays.
Returns
- If a return is approved, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
- We strongly advise using a tracked and reliable courier service to ensure safe delivery of return parcels.
